Corrections
If something on this site is wrong, tell us. Include the page and, if you can, a source. We correct errors and note that we have.
Term sheets
Email them to us. Redact anything you would rather not send — we do not need your name to look at a loan structure, and we do not want it. We read these because seeing real paper is how the figures on this site stay accurate, and we will tell you what we think. There is no form, no account and no list.
Lenders
Nothing on this site is for sale - not editorial placement, not rankings, not links, not calculator defaults, not directory listings, and least of all anything on the verification pages. We take no money from lenders in any form. Please do not pitch any of it; the answer is no and it is written down on the disclosure page.
There is also nowhere to buy: the site carries no advertising at all.
We do read correspondence about factual errors, and we very much want to know if someone is impersonating your firm.
