Corrections

If something on this site is wrong, tell us. Include the page and, if you can, a source. We correct errors and note that we have.

Term sheets

Send terms you have been quoted through the review form, or just email them. Redact anything you would rather not send; we do not need your name to price a loan structure.

Lenders

Partnership enquiries are welcome. We are a lead generation service and we work with lenders across fix-and-flip, bridge, ground-up, DSCR and commercial. Tell us the states you lend in, the products, your leverage and pricing bands, your minimum and maximum loan size, and your licence position. We prefer partners who will answer the nine term-sheet questions in writing.

What is not for sale: editorial placement, rankings, links, calculator defaults, and anything on the verification pages. Please do not pitch those - the answer is no, and it is on the disclosure page in writing.

We also read correspondence about factual errors, and we do want to know if someone is impersonating your firm.
